Senior Performance Specialist (ecommerce)
Our client is an integrated marketing and creative agency, a place where ideas, media, and technology come together. They are seeking a Senior Performance Specialist to join our Performance team. Your role will involve closely collaborating with clients and team members to develop strategies and oversee the day-to-day management of paid initiatives across social media, search, and display. You will present clients with insightful and practical advice, and proactively offer solutions to help them achieve short, medium, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
• Data and insights analysis for both the client's brand and key industry competitors.
• Crafting and delivering performance reviews and insights presentations to the client's key stakeholders.
• Development of overall media investment and expansion strategies for cross-channel digital campaigns.
• Optimizing campaigns on a daily basis across creative, bidding, audience data sets, and daily budget management.
• Active collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., data, marketing, design, technical) in assessing campaign briefs and executing day-to-day tactics to increase traffic, leads, revenue, and ROAS.
• Creating actionable audiences and tailored messaging. • Crafting and evaluating campaign performance against well-defined KPIs, learning, and iterating based on results.
What should you bring
• 4+ years managing Google Ads campaigns (search, display, shopping), preferably on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
• 4+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns on Meta, ideally also on TikTok and Pinterest.
• Advanced understanding of analytics, tracking solutions, and attribution models.
• Ability to leverage data from different sources and translate it into actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
• Experience with SEMrush and other competitive analysis tools.
• Great communication skills to deliver clear, actionable, and relevant insights to both clients and internal stakeholders (data storytelling).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• EU work permit.
