Sales Director

We are looking for a Director of Sales to join one of our clients. We are seeking someone with experience in call centers or telephone sales departments who has helped companies grow through telephone sales and has transformed sales processes in B2B or B2C (with high-ticket sales)
You need to be able to transform and improve sales processes to more qualified and sophisticated levels.
What should you bring
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a telesales executive or in a similar sales role, having actively participated in a substantial change in sales processes through your work. We don't want just implementation; we want you to have built it
- Experiencing in cold calling, warm calling, and initiating business
- Previous contact center / BPO experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- C1/C2 level English (verbal, reading, writing) required.
- C1/C2 level Spanish (verbal, reading, writing) is a bonus.
- Familiarity with CRM, order management, and contact management systems and practices essential.
- Salesforce knowledge and experience highly desired.
- Call, sales, and resource forecasting.

- You enjoy challenges and thrive in demanding and challenging environments
- A commercial profile with an analytical view of sales. You understand and can communicate the impact of sales on the overall growth of the organization
