At Addyou, a talent acquisition consultancy, we are partnering with a leading retail client to find a Product Manager who will lead the global implementation of a digital workforce planning solution.

This is a strategic transformation project aimed at unifying and transforming time and schedule management across international retail operations. The initiative will replace multiple local tools with a single global platform designed to improve operational efficiency, enhance the employee experience, and elevate the quality of customer service in stores.

Your mission

You will be responsible for leading the international rollout of the solution, ensuring it meets business needs and delivers tangible impact on store operations.

You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, coordinating teams across different countries and supporting the transition towards a standardized digital model.

Key responsibilities

✅ Global product deployment

· Lead the implementation of the solution across multiple countries following a global rollout plan.

· Coordinate the different implementation phases together with local Retail, HR, and Technology teams.

✅ Product definition and evolution

· Gather requirements from local markets and translate them into product improvements.

· Prioritize product developments within the global product roadmap.

✅ Change management

· Act as the project’s key reference point for internal stakeholders.

· Support countries in adopting and integrating the new tool.

✅ Process optimization

· Drive the digitalization of processes related to workforce planning, HR administration, and payroll.

· Reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.

✅ Strategic use of data

· Collaborate in the development of data-driven and AI-based functionalities to enhance workforce planning and store performance.

Profile we are looking for

We are looking for someone who combines business vision, international project management experience, and technological awareness.

· At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, managing software projects or digital products in international environments.

· Experience with HR Tech, ERP, Workforce Management, or operational business solutions is highly valued.

· Ability to understand how workforce planning impacts productivity, customer experience, and store performance.

· Experience working with multicultural teams and international environments.

· Ability to align business, technology, and operational stakeholders.

· Familiarity with data ecosystems, analytics, or system integrations is a plus.

· Fluent English is mandatory (candidates not meeting this requirement will not proceed in the process).

· Spanish required.

· Additional languages are a plus.
